Season One was pretty awesome, what with almost everyone having their role to play and all storylines converging on a great ending.
Season Two was not nearly as good, but still watchable for the most part.
Season Three... good lord. Where do I even start.
I had already noticed that for a show called Heroes, most of the characters spent remarkably little time doing anything heroic. They seemed to mostly wander around going "How do I shot web?" and "What does it all mean?" But jeezus. What happened to everybody? Were they playing Catch The Idiot Ball last year or what?
Mohinder. The hell? I mean, what the flying purple fuck? Did Sylar's megalomania rub off on him or something? And what's with the Seth Brundle impersonation? I am very much not pleased.I also preferred when he was asexual, although the shirlessness is appreciated.
Sylar: pick a side, dammit. I liked him best as the Season One creepy ominous all-around psychopathic badass. But at least he's still fun to watch. It's gotta be that stellar Quinto charisma.
Hiro, Ando, I love you guys, but your storyline makes me want to bang my head against the wall. Mostly because of the character with the carbon copy personality of the other freakishly annoying blonde I can't stand, but at least I know she'll be gone soon. She's worse than Sanctuary's Kate. Make her go away.
Is it really necessary to bring Ali Larter back as a different character, seeing as her first wasn't all that useful in the first place and she can't act?
Speaking of new characters: Maya, this isn't a soap opera, so quit overacting like it is; Elle, I liked you SO much better in Reefer Madness;Evil Emo Future Peter, go be evil emo someplace else; Daphne, just get out.
And here's the kicker: by all accounts it's going to get worse.
*headdesk*
At least Matt's doing something interesting.
I want to see season one again. :(
