Official NaNo Participant here

Signed up to do NaNo this year and I'm pretty excited. Writing on the fly and in general getting shit done is exactly what I need to learn to do. I'm far too critical of myself and usually can't get more than a page down before I decide it's too awful to carry on or can't figure out exactly what should happen next. 50,000 words of, as they say, "literary abandon" should help loosen me up a bit. One can hope. And I love that it's not really all that competitive. If you finish, you win, end of story. Literally.

Now if I can just get my computer some juice.
