Still not king

st_jane_ambulanceShopping yesterday! I got a new bag to replace the backpack I'm giving to Sam (he gets many of his backpacks from me) and some stuff from Hot Topic, including a new wallet. My old one's getting a bit beat up and it was time for a change anyway. I'm certainly not getting rid of it, because I like it. But the new one is white and has a chain. It's a boy's wallet, but who the hell cares. I transcended social gender boundaries years ago.
Last night I started dictating the Very Secret Diaries of the Fellowship by Cassandra Claire until my battery ran out. I sound different than I expected. It's funny to listen to myself doing silly voices and accents I can't quite get the hang of. At least I'm getting used to hearing and seeing myself on camera, which I guess is a plus if I want to do any performing ever. I've also been taking lots of goofy pictures of myself making faces.
I can't believe it's only a couple of days until 2007. I watch the same movie every New Year's Eve - Strange Days, because that's when it takes place. It's also the first place I started to take notice of Ralph Fiennes and he looks dead sexy. If I'm not doing anything New Year's Day, maybe I'll start watching Lord of the Rings. But I only have the extended edition here. I'll have to get up before noon, I guess.
