I didn't expect to come up with a decent story idea for NaNo in three days (or at all, even), but it seems that's what has happened. I'm impressed with myself. It's amazing what one can accomplish under threat of a deadline. Sure, November is a couple of months away. But when you think about it, that's only eight weeks or so. And I'd sort of like to know what I'm writing before it's Halloween and I start freaking out because I have no plot.

Unless my computer's completely broken, which would suck big time, I'll be up and running again by Monday. I'll kind of miss using Mom's computer because the giant screen size is nice and parts haven't started falling off yet.
